What'd they say?

This painting comes from a moment in my own journey when self-doubt feels impossible to ignore. It feels like a quiet voice sitting beside me, asking a simple but heavy question: Are you sure you belong here? I could feel the weight of that question while working, the way it settles in the body and lingers in the mind.

This work sits in that space between questioning yourself and choosing to continue anyway.
