38 × 48 ‘‘, mixed media, acrylic.
This piece came from a moment of second guessing. When something is already done and I find myself going back to it, replaying it, wondering if I got it right or if I should have done it differently. I chose these deep greens for the collection because they feel grounding but also a bit heavy, like holding onto a thought for too long.
The softer light areas came in as a way to leave some space in it, a place to breathe, even if the question is still there.
I painted it from that place where there isn’t a clear answer, just a feeling that stays. I’m showing it because that part matters too, not just when things feel certain.
